*Mantra CDs and Recording aims to fulfill all simple duplication jobs within 10 working days of receipt of the order and the agreed payment or deposit. If CDs are required more rapidly than this, individual arrangements may be made.
*We are available and contactable in general between 10 am and 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, and also by email. On the rare occasion that you telephone and there is no reply from our office, please email and leave a message with your number and details of your query if possible. Email is our preferred mode of communication.
*We follow up all recording and mastering sessions and duplication jobs with a customer satisfaction enquiry.This is very important to us in the maintenance and improvement of our service and we would be very grateful if you would complete them as carefully as possible.
